HAM HAM

Heh mind you i drew that Spongebob myself and i used a very thick paper so there's no way i can trace yo. And i miss my secondary school days when i was always the top 3 to finish my 2.4km and when i started building up my muscles mass i neglect my stamina and now i'm super weak ): . My body have yet to adapt to running and running sucks, well for now at least.
Listen up, everybody knows but you so here it goes. Cause i never really notice, took a while for me to see. Playing back the moments now i'm starting to believe that you could be at the show and know everyone but it's you who makes me sing and i know where we are and i know who i am, Baby i'm your biggest fan. Everytime you smile for me, takes me awhile to bring myself back cause you're all that and i just had to let you know that i'm screaming out in the crowd for you, i can't be too loud cause i don't care. I can be everything you need, if you're the one for me like gravity i will be unstoppable. Aww minion posing for his biceps! I'm so sleepy now and im going to jump on my bed very very soon. I had my unglam moment just now falling asleep on the floor at the boathouse and when i wake up everyone came up to me and started shooting the 'awesome' words to me, can't help it man because it was raining and cosy. I swear i was the only one who kept eating and eating like nobody business and Joey said i'm still a lean bitch. We are in for Semi Finals tomorrow, yeah baby. Shit new training schedule for us.
Tuesday - Kallang sea training at 7PM!
Wednesday - Either sea training/land training
Thursday - Geylang East Pool training at 7PM
Saturday - Bedok Reservoir sea training at 1.20pm to 4pm
Sunday - Bedok Reservoir sea training at 9.20am to 1pm

( POOL TRAINING )
Pool Training at Geylang East Swimming Complex, my delts seriously want to die.
-20 mintues or so warm up
-3/4 sets of 3 minutes paddle + 30 push ups, 40 sit ups and 25 of something something
-Piggy back your partner and walk in the pool for 4 laps
-Ran for 4 laps!
And mind you because all of us didnt have the chance to rest in between, we have to continue and continue but i kinda love it! Yeah sick much.
I will get over it.
I'm not going to post my new Crocs ( Disney Collection ), spot me with it ok.

Oh and 3rd to 7th June im going Taipei for Dragonboat race baby, Awesome or what! ok maybe we should left out the part that i have to pay 1k for the flight! Daddy!!!
