Pool Training at Geylang East Swimming Complex, my delts seriously want to die.
-20 mintues or so warm up
-3/4 sets of 3 minutes paddle + 30 push ups, 40 sit ups and 25 of something something
-Piggy back your partner and walk in the pool for 4 laps
-Ran for 4 laps!
And mind you because all of us didnt have the chance to rest in between, we have to continue and continue but i kinda love it! Yeah sick much.
