Lost.

Aww I love the movie so much, what an egg tart i am. Today i didnt do much on shoulder ): . J asked me to note down what i did for whatever reason i don't want to know though.
Military Press: 16kg ( 5 sets and 10 reps )

Front Raise: 10kg ( 10 sets and 15 reps )

15kg ( 5 sets and 8 reps )

Front Raise Barbell: 5kg ( 5 sets and 10 reps )

Side Delt: 10kg ( 5 sets and 10 reps )

Upright Row: 15 kg ( 5 sets and 12 reps )

20kg ( 5 sets and 8 reps )

Overall workout: 6/10 only!@#$%^&*(), Hopefully i can do triceps tomorrow or Thursday!

Oh and 3rd to 7th June im going Taipei for Dragonboat race baby, Awesome or what! ok maybe we should left out the part that i have to pay 1k for the flight! Daddy!!!
